About Us

The focus of our practice is to protect and strengthen individuals, families, and nonprofit organizations, by equipping them to manage personal, financial, and legal risk.  We love what we do and feel called to do it well.

David W. Adams, Esq.

David’s estate practice involves estate planning, estate administration, federal and state estate tax work, and advising trustees.  While he enjoys the technical aspect of estate planning, it is working with his clients, their families, and their unique circumstances, goals and challenges that he finds most rewarding.

David’s practice also includes serving as legal counsel to many nonprofit and religious organizations throughout the country. In this role, he advises boards and management on formation issues, risk management, and endowment matters. David is the president and founder of DWA Risk Management Solutions, which provides on-line risk management resources to religious organizations and nonprofits.

David is a graduate of Harvard College (B.A., 1990) and Northeastern University School of Law (J.D., 2002). During law school he clerked for the Honorable Patti Saris and the Honorable Walter Skinner of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. He is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and is a member of the American Bar Association, the American Bar Association’s Probate Section, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and the Christian Legal Society.

David is married with a twelve year-old son and ten year-old daughter. He is a zealous coach for his kids’ soccer teams and an active member of his local congregation.
